Refund Policy

Homentable is dedicated to offering top-notch merchandise and outstanding customer support to its clientele. If, after receiving your order, you're not quite happy with what you bought, you can return it within 07 days. With pleasure, return your unused, undamaged items to Homentable for a complete refund, minus the cost of shipping and gift wrapping details mentioned below.

It is not possible to return items bought from www.Homentable.com to a Homentable retailer. They have to be sent back straight to Homentable. Simply complete the return form found on the invoice you received with your order to return an item. Put it inside the box and affix the return label from the invoice's bottom to the box's exterior.

Repackaging Homentable's handcrafted items requires extreme caution because they are delicate. If you intend to return an item, make sure you save all of the original packaging materials. Please use an insured courier and save your receipt for your protection. Items lost or damaged during transit are not Homentable's responsibility. To ensure that you get full credit for your return, all items must be adequately packed.

The entire cost of your purchase, minus the cost of shipping and gift wrapping, will be credited to your card after the returned item is inspected and approved. The card used to make the initial purchase will be credited with all credit card refunds. Please give the credit one or two billing cycles to show up on your statement.

1. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.

2. Non-Eligible Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Intimate apparel (including swimwear and lingerie) due to hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items marked as final sale.

3. Initiation of Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions, including the return address and any necessary forms.

4. Packaging and Shipping:

  • Please securely package the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking information for your records.

5. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 13-15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or in the form of store credit for future purchases.

6. Refund and Exchange Options:

  • Please note that HomenTable does not offer cash refunds.

Details of Refund:

  • Discounts: Any discounts applied to your original purchase will be canceled and deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping and Delivery Charges: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Applicable Taxes/Charges: Any applicable taxes or additional charges are also non-refundable.
  • Used Items: The quantity of used items will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund Processing Time: 
  1. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date the returned parcel is received at HomenTable's warehouse.
  2. Refunds will be issued in the form of the amount being reverted back to the original payment method or as store credit that can be used for future purchases.
  3. If the customer requests a refund for orders paid via 2CO/Stripe/Paymob without any error on the part of HomenTable, a 5% service charge on the refund amount will be applied. However, this charge will not be applicable if the customer requests to cancel and refund the order within 24 hours of order placement.
  4. Once store credit has been issued, it cannot be reversed or exchanged for a refund.
  5. The refund amount will be calculated using the currency rate at the time of the order placement and not the current currency rate.

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances:

  • In cases of defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
